Wexford Cable Industries was established in 2002 and is an Irish provider of cable products serving the global market.  Trading as WCI we are a company born out Wexford’s long tradition of harness manufacturing. 

The company was founded and is owned by William Cowman: William is an Industrial Engineer with substantial experience of manufacturing in the cable harness and engineering industries.  Before setting up Wexford Cable Industries William worked for Wexford Electronix and prior to that he was with Kromberg & Schubert in similar capacity.

WCI has recruited a young management team with Glenn Goff as Operations Manager, and Glenn has brought with him a lot of new operational and digital skills to move the company to the next level of competence.

Sandra Burke as Financial and Purchasing Manager, brings with her an excellent experience in both of these areas as well as operations planning. 

WCI currently employ 25 people and it has developed a very strong relationship with its current customer base that includes:  Medical Equipment sector, Environmental Protection Sector, Auto conversion companies, Forklift & allied equipment Manufacturers and the Government Peat Bog agency for their vehicle upgrades.
