Cable Cutting Area
Our main wire processing machine is a Komax Gamma and will automatically cut the cables to length and terminate both ends using crimp check monitors to control the crimp pressures.
Wire Identification
We can identify your wires using hot stamp marking on wire ends or ink jet marking on wire length.
Wire Preparation Area
In our preparation area we use crimp height measurement and pull force testing to control our crimping.
Harness Assembly Area
All of our harnesses are tested 100% for continuity, open circuits and polarity.
Higher Lever Assemblies
All of our higher assemblies are tested to our customer’s specifications and above to our requirements to ensure a quality product leaves our premises.
